Coding from home epiphany

Elizabeth has discovered new joy in her medical coding career. Find out why.

Joining The Coding Center's Team

The Coding Center prides itself in the skill and experience of our medical coders. Our innovative remote coding platform allows us to hire the best regardless of where the medical coder resides.

Joining our staff isn't necessarily an easy thing to do. In addition to the rigorous standards listed here, coders must be able to work independently and be capable of producing superior quality coding results.

For those that make it, the rewards can be significant because our pay model is focused on rewarding excellence.

If you are passionate about your profession and want the benefits of working with a remote coding company, we want to hear from you.

The Coding Center's Recruiting Process

Here's how our application process works:

  1. Register with TheCodingCenter.com.
  2. Once you've created your account, login.
  3. Once you're logged in, go to joining our team / coder application.
  4. Tell us about your skills by answering the questions.
  5. Upload your resume.

That's it. You can login at any time and update your application as your skills and experience change. Your application will be evaluated and you will be considered for any open positions that we have.

When you are selected as a candidate for a position, we will contact you for an initial telephone interview. As things move along, we'll check your credentials and references and administer tests for you to take. Upon a successful test and background check, you will begin an introductory period where we'll quality check 100% of your work until we certify that your results exceed our quality requirements. After that, we'll agree on a schedule and begin our work together.

Our quality assurance staff will always be there to help you with continuing education and serve as a quality monitor for your work.
