Outsourcing

I need more coders, but recruiting is an ordeal. I have to plow through resumes, schedule interviews, and then put the candidates through testing. Even if I do find a good candidate it will take even more time, energy and money to get them through orientation and training. Oh yeah, can't forget the increased quality checks during the probation period. That will drain our capacity even more. I know it's an investment, and it seems like a good plan longer-term, but the last 3 people we hired left after 18 months.

Look at all the costs involved! Geez. Plus, I can't wait. I need help right now.
