Two weeks later... It did help some, but with the extra work for my staff and me on quality checks and teaching our tools and methods, this was pricy.
Wow, they sure make it complicated. The travel, lodging, food, rental car AND consultant rates. I've gotten 5 invoices so far. It's almost like they don't want me to figure out what it's really costing per record! Hmmm...
